You can apply for all types of transcripts and degrees by filling out the form after clicking the tab on the home page. Initially, you can choose from two different types of Login credentials (Student or Alumna). For the Alumnus login, please use your alumni portal registered email ID and password. For the Student login, please use your ERP and password. How to register yourself if you are not on the Alumni portal? If you are not registered as an alumnus, you can use the register now tab on the login page to register yourself. How to change Email/password for your Alumnus account? If you are an alumnus and you have an email ID but you don't remember the password, you can use the forgot password tab to retrieve your password. If you wish to change your registered email ID: You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can log in to the alumni portal using your old credentials and update your email address. How to change your name on the alumni portal? If you want to get your name changed in the form, please contact email@example.com. Can I apply for both the transcript and the degree together? Yes you may apply simultaneously for both transcript and degree. However you may choose to apply for either one. Is there a record of all the applications we make? You can view all previous applications in the View Previous Applications tab on the home page. How can I avail other examination services like bona-fide letter or grade improvement etc. catered on this portal? You can apply for letters of verification and other certificates in the tab given in the form. How to make payment and what do I have to pay? The cost of the service will vary according to the type of transcript/degree and mode of collection that you choose. (details of the cost are in the FAQ's tab). After completion of your form, get your fee voucher printed, pay it in any branch of Faysal bank and upload your paid voucher as a proof of payment back on the portal. This is the first step for your application to be processed further You can also make online payment using the link and upload receipt of payment in the proof of payment section.
